Christo and Jeanne-Claude - Wrapped Floors and Stairway and Covered Windows installated in the historic part of Palazzo Bricherasio in Turin, 1998-1999
Hand (1982) by Giovanni Anselmo
Untitled, 2003, 47 wooden tables, with old sewing machines on them, thick white paint, heavy bags of coal placed between the tables. Describing the composition of his installation, Kounellis states that the building, the structure of the exhibition hall, is integrated in the work of art. The columns have become part of his installation, not in a parallel way, but rather in a shifted kind of sense; everything then exists together.
BERND AND HILLA BECHER:
This German duo is known for their work portraying abandoned industrial structures whilst analyzing the similarities and structures in structure and style.
Even if their work is not related to the human form. I’ve always found their series of typologies rather interesting as in a way it is related to human as it was made by us.
